HOW DOES THE RESUME WRITING PROCESS WORK?

  • First you will be asked to submit the online order form and we will send you a questionnaire on your employment history, skills and experience. You will also be asked to upload a current resume if you have one. Once we receive your order information, a writer will contact you within a day to obtain any further information that may be helpful in assisting them to write the best possible resume. You will then receive your new resume within 72 hours of your order date. You will have the opportunity to review it and continue to work with the writer until you are 100% satisfied with the finished product.

WHAT FORMATS WILL I RECEIVE MY RESUME BACK IN?

  • You will receive your resume in the following versions: MS Word, PDF & Plain Text.

HOW CAN I COMMUNICATE WITH MY WRITER?

  • Once you submit your order form, your writer will reach out to you via phone and/or email to introduce him/herself and answer any questions you may have. You will have continuous communication with the writer at the email address provided. You may also schedule a call with your writer at any time.

WHAT IS YOUR REVISION POLICY AND WHAT IS THE FREE ANNUAL REVISIONS?

  • We are here to ensure that your resume meets all your expectations and requirements. However, if you feel that there is something lacking in your resume, you can send it for an unlimited number of revisions. The service is free of cost. We also make ourselves available to you for routine updates each year. If you have changed positions or been promoted and would like to add those skills to your resume we will do this once per year free of charge after your first order with us.
     
  • HOW CAN I ENSURE THAT MY PERSONAL INFORMATION IS SAFE?
